The Realm is located on a Homestead and we only have a few for rent.

By renting here you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations and further agree that if such agreements are not met, you give up the right to use the rental.


1) This space has a weekly rental fee which is noted in the floating text of this rental unit.  You my pay every week or as many weeks in advance as you wish. Also please stay within your assigned prim limit.  If your prim limit is exceeded you may be charged for the additional prims.  

2)The sky-Rental:  IM Eline Serendipity about possibilities

3)If you want minor changes, please contact Eline Serendipity.

4) There are no refunds for rental time not used.

5) There are some rules:
-No camming at other tenants
-No shouting items
-Your guests MUST follow simrules eg script/memory limit.  If they misbehave, -YOU- are responsible.
-Rentals in an IC area are for IC use, not for having private ooc parties...
-IF you have High script using devices, we may ask you to put it offline.
-IM Eline Serendipity, Essie Radford or  Van Rivera to be added to the -Aglarond Estate- group  or you cannot place items or SET HOME here
-NO BREEDABLES!, Active scripts etc etc.

IC RENTALS in RP AREAS:
 
1. Your character must fit the area you live in  !!!
2. OOC chatter only in PRIVATE IM!
3. It is a rental in a RP area... be aware you can be involved in the rp.
4. Ask Eline to be added to the doorlock & Estate Group
5. Rentals that are available, show LOCKED or RESERVED, ask what is available
6. Only themed furniture, fitting to the area is allowed!
